- Obituary:
Tracey Kristin Turk went home to Jesus on November 14th 2010. A memorial service will be at 10:00 AM Friday November 19th 2010 at Pine Tree Church of Christ in Longview, Texas with Richie Hamm officiating. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Tracey was born in San Angelo Texas on December 11th 1981 to her Parents, Doc Ed Turk and Jackie Dea Horvath. Tracey lived her first years in Iraan, Texas and graduated from Sabine high school in Liberty City Texas. Tracey was a drum major for the Sabine High School band and participated and helped start the Sabine girls' golf program. Tracey devoted the next ten years of her life to her loving eight year old daughter, Rylie Jaysa Turk. Tracey loved to help people in many parts of their lives. She had a very tender heart for her daughter and all of her many friends and family she loved so much.
Tracey was preceded in death by Pat Little Meme and Joyce Mae Autery Nanny. Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Doc and Patsy Turk and Sammy and Jackie Horvath. Her many brothers and their wives and many sisters and their husbands: Stacey Wood, Corey Vineyard, Eric Vineyard, Joni Rice, Cari Waggoner, Tye Salter, Carly and Jesse Horvath. Her grandparents are: J.R. and Sharon Little, Mike and Rhonda Turk and Sam and Peggy Horvath. Great-grandmother, Wandine Dinky Teague. She also has many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Thursday evening at the funeral home. The family asks that donations be made to the Pine Tree Church of Christ Mission Fund at 3221 Dundee Road, Longview, TX 75604.
