  Obituary: George Luther, 90, of Kennett, Missouri, formerly of Holcomb, Mo., died Sunday, January 5, 2003, at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett. Born December 29, 1912, in White Oak, Missouri, a son of the late Augustus Logan and Mary Caroline Robertson Luther, he was a member of Varner River Baptist Church. He married Fredia Crowe who preceded him in death June 6, 1986. He later married Geneva Huffstutler Lemonds, who survives. Other survivors include two sons, Donald Luther and his wife, Ammie, of White Oak, Missouri, and Quinton Luther and his wife, Pat, of Holcomb, Missouri; four sisters, Mabel Bush of Springfield, Missouri, Mary Connerman of Columbia, Missouri, Nellie O'Toole of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. and Phyllis King of North Platte, Neb.; five grandchildren, Teresa Depew and her husband, Coy, of Kennett, Missouri., Linda Rickman and her husband, Richard, of Holcomb, Missouri, Carrie Woolverton and her husband, Hugh, of Holcomb, Missouri and Danny Luther and his wife, Debbie, of Corpus Christi, Texas; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation was 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2003, at McDaniel Funeral Service Chapel in Kennett, Missouri. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. today, Wednesday, January 8, 2003, at McDaniel Chapel in Kennett, Missouri, with the Revs. Dale Rickman and Lonnie Mittag officiating.
