  Obituary: NEW ORLEANS - Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in La Mana Pano Folio Funeral Home in New Orleans for Robert Lee Tanner, 54. He died at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday in New Orleans. Mr. Tanner was a native of Lafayette, the son of the late Mrs. Lillian Tanner. He attended Lafayette High School before serving the U.S. Army in World War II and the Korean Conflict and was employed by Kaiser Aluminum Company of Chalmette for 29 years. Survivors include his wife, Elsie Gaudet Tanner of New Orleans; three sons, Barry Lee Tanner of Baton Rouge, Michael Tanner of Houston, Texas, and Mitchell Tanner of Germany; one daughter, Gail Louise Tanner of New Orleans; one sister, Mrs. Effie Logan of Lafayette; one brother, James Russell Tanner of Lawton, Okla., and five grandchildren. La Mana Pano Folio Funeral Home on St. Bernard Highway in New Orleans is in charge of arrangements.
