    Funeral services for Anna Claire Prine Watson, age 73 a homemaker of Epps, Louisiana, were held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2005 at the Walnut Grove Baptist Church in the Walnut Grove Community east of Epps.

    Reverends Jay Morgan and Todd Perry officiated.

    Burial rites followed in the New Forest Cemetery near Forest, Louisiana.

    Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove, Louisiana.

    Mrs. Watson died Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, Louisiana.

    She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude Cook Prine, Sr. and Nettie Myrtle Lee Prine and 2 brothers, David Lee Prine and Henry Ray "Buddy" Prine.

    She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, David and Shirley Crnkovic of Ferriday, Louisiana; daughter and son-in-law, Billie Ruth and Buddy Simmons of Epps, Louisiana; grandson and his wife, Jason and April Hale; grandson and his wife, Jeffery and Beth Simmons; granddaughter Jeri Simmons; granddaughter and her husband, Jennifer and Carl Disher; granddaughter and her husband, Jeannie and Kevin Hall; 9 great grandchildren, Bailey Hale, Mason Hale, Allie Hale, Gunner Hale, Drue Disher, Coy Disher, Ashley Hall, Braxton Hall and Fisher Hall; brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Florence Prine of Darnell, Louisiana; brother, C. C. Prine, Jr. of Kilbourne and sister-in-law, Ethel Prine of Kilbourne, Louisiana.

    Billie Ruth Hale Simmons, 66 of Epps, LA, a retired school bus driver died on Wednesday, August 05, 2015. Visitation will be Thursday, August 06, 2015 from 5PM - 9PM at Walnut Grove Baptist Church, Pioneer, LA.

    Service will be on Friday, August 07, 2015 at 10AM at Walnut Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Todd Perry and Rev. Fred Hale officiating. Burial will be at the Epps Cemetery, under the direction of Cox Funeral Home, Delhi.

    She is preceded in death by her parents, James Angle Crnkovic, and Anna Claire Watson; Brother-in-laws, Tommy and Wayne Simmons.

    She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Printice "Buddy" Simmons of Epps, LA; Sons, Jason Hale and wife April of Pioneer, LA; Jeffery Simmons and wife Beth of Pioneer, LA; a daughter, Jeri Beaube and husband Brad of Holly Ridge, LA; Six Grandchildren, Bailey Hale, Mason Hale, Allie Hale, Gunner Hale, Luke Simmons, and Jenna Beth Simmons; a brother, David Roy Crnkovic and wife Shirley;a brother-in-law, Robbie Simmons and wife Janet; four sister-in-laws, Susan Stutts and husband Wayne; Brenda Simmons, Beth Simmons, and Patsy Rhodes; two sisters, Rhonda Perry and Cynthia Wilkerson.

    Pallbearers will be Donnie Holley, Paul Philley, John Tillman, Rod Drurey, Brian Miller, Brandon Miller, and Honorary Pallbearers are Danny Ingram, and Chris Thornton.
