Cynthia was born on March 5, 1962 in Seymour, TX to Helen and Jim Tom Hicks Sr. She was a loving and caring individual who touched the lives of all who knew her.

Cynthia was a compassionate and dedicated nurse for over 25 years, all while raising 3 "stubborn and hard headed children." She lived life to the fullest and saw humor even in the negative; as with just her laugh could lighten up any room. She was a strong and independent woman, who continues to influence every one of our lives. She may be gone from this world, but she will never be gone from our hearts.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Jim Tom Hicks Sr., and her beloved sister Nancy Lynn Hicks.

Cynthia is survived by her children, Daniel Debord, Nathan Debord and his wife Jennifer, and Stephanie Warton along with her husband, Johnathon. Four grandchildren, Lanz, Emma, Cooper, and Lincoln. Three brothers Jim, Paul and Billy Hicks and their spouses along with aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
