James Earl Bumgardner

James E. Bumgardner is manager of the new paint and body shop at Hutton-Tait, Inc. A life long resident of Shreveport, he has been engaged in body shop work for 21 years and is well-known in this field throughout the area. His department employs three metal men and two painters.
