Kyle Randall Lemings
January 22, 1981 - July 15, 2019

Kyle Randall Lemings, 38, of Hughson, passed away Monday the 15th of July 2019. Kyle was an amazing husband to his wife and high school sweetheart of 21 years, Emily. Kyle was a wonderful father to his twin children Jackson and Avery (7). Kyle spent time with both Jackson and Avery teaching them to fish, hunt and play sports. Kyle loved fishing from a young age and spent a great deal of time with his grandfather, Harold Thompson, learning how to be the "Best" fisherman around, and arguably succeeded. Kyle took his family on trips hunting and fishing because he loved spending time with them and enjoyed sharing his love of the outdoors with them. Kyle was well known in the almond industry for his work at Cunningham Ranch, Inc. over the last 15 years. Kyle had a reputation for great quality work, honesty and fairness. He took great pride and craftsmanship in his trade and, as always, strived to be the very best at what he did. He learned this trade from his father-in-law Dick Cunningham and worked closely with Dick to improve the facilities and orchards. Kyle was the best friend a person could have and would do anything to help his friends. Kyle was preceded in death by his Father Randall Dean Lemings and is survived by his mother, Sandra Lemings, his twin sister, Tiffany Ulrich (Troy) and her children Tyler and Taylor, his brother Caleb Lemings (Brittany) and grandfather Harold Thompson (Betty). Emily's family loved and supported Kyle as well. Father-in-law Dick Cunningham (Bertie), brother-in-law Michael Paul, sister-in-law Sarah, niece Kaylie, grandfather Ham Cunningham (Mary), mother-in-law Patti Anderson (Dave), and grandparents Coke and Billie Ramos. Kyle had many great friendships and family members that supported and loved him. Kyle will be missed dearly by his family and friends. Kyle's family would like to thank the staff at Doctors Hospital in the NICU department for their wonderful care of Kyle while he was there. Thanks also go to the amazing nurses at the Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson for the time they spent taking great care of Kyle. There will be a Celebration of Life for Kyle to be held on Wednesday July 24 at 11:00 AM at the Rogers Family Hall at St. Anthony's church, 7820 Fox Road Hughson

2204 Obituary:

Kyle Sterling Ogden
September 17, 1968 - February 26, 2020

Kyle Ogden, 51, of Bryan, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, in Bryan. A Memorial Service will begin at 2 pm, Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at First Christian Church, 900 South Ennis Street, Bryan, Texas 77803.

Kyle was born in Bryan to E.J and Hazel Ogden, on September 17, 1968. He attended Bryan High until he transferred to Wentworth Military Academy in Lexington, Missouri where he graduated in 1987. After graduation, Kyle was employed at Texas A&M where he worked for the athletic department maintaining Kyle field for a number of years before he began his work as a power plant operator there.

He was an avid sports enthusiast his whole life and enjoyed being outdoors. His family and friends will remember his legacy as being the BIGGEST AGGIE without ever attending TAMU. Kyle loved the spirit of his hometown sports team of Texas A&M University. He enjoyed simple living, no drama, just fantasy football in many, and we mean many, different football leagues. Kyle also loved music, his favorite band to listen to was Blackberry Smoke. Kyle's claim to fame was that Kyle Field was named after him, and shared that with his co-workers when he was on the field crew in his earlier days with TAMU. His dream was to retire, move to Punta Gorda, Florida with his mother, and become a rockstar. He passed his love for music and all things sports onto his son, Cameron Ogden, who continues to honor his father's legacy in everything he does.

His father E.J Ogden precedes him in death.

Kyle is survived by his only son, the joy of his life, Cameron and wife Heather Ogden; his mother, Hazel Ogden; his grand dogs, Oso and Rosie; his long life friends from childhood days running around the neighborhood, Eric Angonia, Danny Harvell, and Mike Foster; special friend, Tina Elbrich; and the mother of his son, and life friend, Shana Ogden.

Philip John LaSacco, 75, of Houston, Texas, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Prestonwood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Plano, Texas following complications from a stroke.

Philip was born in Manhattan, New York on June 18, 1941 and eventually settled along with his family in the Houston, Texas area. He served in the United States Army from 1965 to 1967, during which time he was stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He spent many years working alongside his step-father and sisters in the family business, Sun Builders Company.

Philip had a kind heart and a genuine interest in others. He volunteered for many years as a Committee Member with the Houston Rodeo and did charity work for Muscular Dystrophy. 2243 Obituary:

Lawrence John Trahan
September 27, 1943 - March 4, 2020

Lawrence John Trahan (76), died Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at his home in the country, which he fondly called "the best place in the world." Holding his hand during his final days was his devoted wife of 53 years, RoyLynn.

He was known during his life by many names: Lawrence to his wife, Daddy to his four daughters, Poppa to his ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, and "Doc" to the many farmers and ag industry people who gathered around the table at Crowley Grain throughout the years.

Lawrence was born in Morse on September 27, 1943 to the late Anniss and Walter Trahan. He was the youngest of five children and graduated from Midland High in 1962. During the Vietnam War he joined the Air Force and was stationed in Topeka, Kansas from 1962-1966 and completed his service with a rank of Airman 1st Class.

Following his years in the service, he returned to Louisiana and married RoyLynn in 1966. He went on to complete his degree in agronomy from McNeese State University. His love of the land and farming led him to work in the agricultural industry and purchase Crowley Grain Drier in 1991, where he had worked as an agronomist and field consultant since 1976. He was often referred to as "Doc" by farmers in this area for his expertise in diagnosing their rice crop's needs and traveling miles each day checking their fields.

He was a man of few words, and most who heard his quiet speech took what he said to heart. He was generous and took care of many families, farmers and friends in need. His love of farming led him to grow a big garden each season and share its bounty with friends and neighbors. When the pace of his life began to slow down, he could often be found mowing his pasture or tending his beautiful rose bushes on his 10 acres in Acadia Parish.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anniss Istre Trahan Broussard and Walter Joseph Trahan, his stepfather, Caroll Broussard, his sister and brother-in-law, Irene and Roy Trahan, another brother-in-law Joseph Simon, and his son-in-law, Darren Martin.

Left behind are his wife RoyLynn Schexnyder Trahan, his four daughters, Andrea Trahan and her husband Dave, Julie Maust and her husband Jay, Alice Frank and her husband Ted, Jeanne Marcantel and her husband Jerome, his grandchildren, Nadia Farque and her husband Jared, Hailey McPherson and her husband Jake, Zachary and Erin Trahan, Claudia and Andrew Frank, Max and Edith Marcantel, two step-grandchildren, London Maust Hannan and Sierra Maust, his great-grandchildren Joey, Hayden and Hadleigh Farque. He is also survived by his siblings Mary Simon of Leesville, Joseph Trahan of Baton Rouge, and his brother and sister-in-law Carl and Lissette Trahan of Lafayette and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home on Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 3:00-9:00 pm. With the Divine Mercy Chaplet sung at 4:00 and a Rosary recited at 6:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Monday from 8:00 am until 9:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Margaret Catholic Church in Estherwood on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 10:00 am with interment at Woodlawn Mausoleum. Father Randall Moreau will celebrate the service. Pallbearers include Dave Trahan, Zachary Trahan, Max Marcantel, Michael Trahan, Jimmy Simon and Derek Myers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Margaret
s Catholic Church in Estherwood.

The family would like to thank St. Joseph Hospice, Kayla Schexnayder, Tara Patin, Victoria Ortego and Shantella Touchet who helped care for him in his final days, and all of you who called, visited and prayed so devotedly throughout his illness.
